New York : New York : LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, L.L.P. :

“Casual Fridays year-round. But many partners feel free to do business-sloppy (i.e. bad suits, ties, shoes) all week long.”

llgm-treats associates horribly
Casual Fridays-no more! The DC office is extremely catty. The new female managing partner cares more about what people are wearing then bringing in business and plays favorites (ie awards bonuses) based on who kisses her ass the most, not on your work or even your hours. The firm has gone from 3 floors to 1 and a half in the past 3 years. The support staff is underpaid and overworked (and miserable); the attorneys are constantly worried about losing their jobs and the partners barely bring in enough business to support their own salaries.
