California : Los Angeles : Foley & Lardner : Realistic Chances?

Realistic Chances?
I am writing to ask do I have a realistic chance of gaining employment. In the fall I will be a 3L at an Ivy League law school. My grades are mediocre at best, all B's and B minuses, with one A and one C. This summer I am at a fairly big NYC firm, but have decided that I would like to return to California (born and raised in LA). I only had a couple offers last year, so I am wondering is this year likely to be any different. Thanks for your responses.

Foley -- game on
Foley? Why Foley? I had a very interesting interview with them on campus. Do you go to Cornell, Penn, Columbia, Yale or Harvard?

How to break into the market
I am also wondering about my chances.... getting a job in the San Francisco area. I'm currently a 2L at Case looking for a summer internship. I have a 3.0 not that impressive but a lot of work experience prior to coming to law school. Any advice? Women friendly firms?
