I expect if there was a civil rights victory against our "evil" department of defense on behalf of some Gitmo inmates who didn't get their miranda rights, none of the "tolerant of diversity" Seattle lefties would be screaming for DWT to waive the fees. DWT should take the hard earned money for telling the truth to power, have a nice thank you reception for those that handled the case, and sink the rest into the operating budget, which includes sponsoring a top notch pro bono program.
