Perkins Coie is a big fish in a small pond. Satellite offices in Seattle aren't as well regarded in Seattle as Perkins. However, nobody will know Perkins Coie's name outside of Seattle. You can't deny that. It's like University of Washington--exceptionally strong local school but, meh, not elite by any means. However, if you're going to stay in Seattle, UW is elite enough and will definitely help you land a good job in Seattle. So if you're going to stay in Seattle, Perkins is the big fish.
