QM...you just can't stop with the advertising on the GA boards can you? If you are such a good recruiter you could afford to pay for ads like the rest of us instead of paying candidates to take the jobs you have, or better yet, just pick up the phone like the other 639 recruiting agencies do and cold call. The positions my firm offers stand on their own merit and do not require an offer of kickbacks. These boards are meant to offer advise and suggestions for the lawyer from others not as a avenue for free advertising for headhunters.
