That's all true and those firms are hiring, but, if it isn't obvious enough, you really need to like bankruptcy to go to a bankruptcy boutique. Outside the bankruptcy field, name recognition of the firms you mentioned drops off pretty steeply. That's not to say that associates from those firms haven't been able to lateral into other practice areas (e.g., corporate). Just something to keep in mind.
