Currently working at a firm out east, looking to lateral back to Minneapolis. I am a native Minnesotan (also went to law school there).
From NALP, the starting pay for the largest firms (billable goal):

I'm curious about what info people have on salaries for years 2-7. Any other juice? Seems like there are more ads posted in the last few weeks so business looks to be on the upswing.
