General Salary Comments:
The foregoing base amounts are guaranteed based upon 1950 hours billed each year (plus 150 non-billable). The structure is partially deferred compensation- e.g., for first years, through the year salary is paid at the rate of $125K with an expectation of 1850 billable hours (plus 150 non-billable), with an additional $10K guaranteed paid at the end of the year if 1950 hours are billed. Hours bonuses are as follows: 5% of the 1950 hours base for 2100 billable hours; 10% for 2250; 15% for 2400. Discretionary bonuses are up to an additional 10%. The above salaries are for non-IP associates. The IP associates have the same bonus schedule with base salaries as follows: 2001-$125,000; 2000-$130,000; 1999-$140,000; 1998-$150,000; 1997-$160,000; 1996-$175,000.
