General Salary Comments:
Bonuses will be based on the percentage of hours billed in excess of 1800. Discretionary bonuses are still available based on a number of factors including hours billed, administrative hours, premium billing, premium collections or other contributions to the firm. In addition, Holland & Hart still pays "fee splits" equal to 10% (up to an annual cap of $50,000) of all money collected by the firm from clients that you originate, and makes significant contributions to a retirement plan for each attorney.
