General Salary Comments:
The Firm pays hours-based bonuses at 50-hour increments above the 1,800 minimum expectation and up to 2200 hours. Total billable hours for a year may include up to 100 hours spent on pro bono cases, and may include additional pro bono time with prior approval. There is also a merit bonus pool, which will be used to award bonuses to approximately the top ten percent of associates and counsel, measured by reference to total contribution to the business of the Firm.
