General Salary Comments:
In Canadian Dollars Our salaries vary according to the number of hours worked. We ask for a minimum of 1,750 billable hours. We add to that a discretionary bonus and a bonus based on the performance (billable hours times the effective rate in excess of the target divided by 2.5 over 1750 billable hours and divided by 2 over 2000 billable hours. We also have a 10% bonus on the production of client under management on a cash basis at the end of the year).
