General Salary Comments:
Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald ("WTHF") may award merit bonuses each year to associates. These include bonuses for meeting minimum firm requirements and a loyalty bonus for continued employment with the firm for at least four years.

If associates are responsible for bringing business to the firm, they will receive a year-end bonus of 10% of the fees paid for those clients. WTHF also may provide each associate with 3% of their total compensation in profit sharing, which is contributed to each associate's 401K plan and which fully vests after 5 years of service to the firm.

Summer associate salaries for Summer 2003 are $2,000 per week for 2L's and $1,900 per week for 1L's.
